How To

How do you clean your drone?

These are some tips to help you clean your drone. This guide will teach you how to extract every bit from your drone.

  1. You should have the right tools. Make sure that you have all the tools you need before you begin anything. You will need a soft toothbrush (or a brush) and a cleaning product (we recommend WD40).
  2. Disconnect the battery pack. First thing first - remove the battery from the bottom of your drone. It's usually quite easy to find the battery under the propeller, so don't worry if you're unsure where it is. Just take care not to lose any screws during removal.
  3. Remove all pieces. Next, remove all parts from the drone's underside. Check that none of them are loose, as they may fall off when you try to clean the machine.
  4. Use a cleaning solution. It's now time to clean your drone. We recommend cleaning your drone with WD40. Spray the entire surface with the cleaner. Make sure you get in between every part. Allow it to dry completely before you assemble everything.
  5. Then, put on the battery. Once you have cleaned the drone, make sure to put it back in its place. You'll be able test the drone's performance after it has been cleaned.
